This group trains the full spectrum of calisthenics. We break movements into clear progressions, teach safe spotting and bailing, and mix technical skill work with smart conditioning. Sessions feel motivating and social, with measured wins every week.
Keep it simple, label everything, and avoid jewellery during class.
Sessions are led by Bar Monkey coaches with years of youth coaching experience. We keep cues simple, progressions clear, and the vibe supportive so every athlete feels included and challenged.
