FUNdamental Classes

4-6

 

Our 4-6 FUNdamentals classes aims to provide a positive introduction to sport for young people. The clue is in the name, but the aim is to make it ‘fun’!

We then focus on Developmental Milestones that are essential for a young person to be able to perform before moving into any sport-specific skills. This ensures that no matter which sport they take up long-term, they have a strong base of what are regarded as early essential movement patterns that give them the platform to continue developing and have a positive association with sport.

The class acts as an entry point for young people into sporting environments, and our aim is to ensure it is considered a positive one to ensure lifelong participation with sport.

 

Youth CLASSES

7-10

Our Junior Calisthenics Programme is our primary introduction to sport-specific skills, while still being viewed with a recreational lens. The aim is to create a space that young people look forward to entering.

Our sport is a fun and engaging way to participate in physical activity, but the kids themselves make the groups by providing social connection that is hugely important for young people. Our coaches then provide role models for them to look up to and learn from.

The classes aim to provide a sense of community, purpose and connection.

TEEN CLASSES

11-14

Our Teen Programmes provide a safe space for young people to learn new skills, get introduced to an exciting new sport and meet others in a like-minded community! Providing a space for young people to develop social connections and a sense of purpose through sport.

Tired of your teens just ‘hanging around’? Let us show them how to do it properly! With structured classes coordinated by our top class coaches with over fifteen years experience working with young people, we provide a safe space that promotes physical, social and emotional development!
