14-16 Teen Calisthenics Programme

A focused, high-energy class where teens build real strength, learn clean technique, and progress through proper calisthenics skills in a safe, coached environment.

Our 14–16 group trains with clear structure and level-based stations. We combine strength work, skill progressions, mobility, and conditioning so teens improve fast while staying safe. Expect proper warm ups, technique blocks on bars, rings, and floor, plus smart progress tracking. Beginners and experienced teens are both welcome — we scale every exercise.
