Our Introduction to Calisthenics Programme provides you with the structure required in order to see progress through bodyweight training.
No more random sessions, just guided programmes tailored to where you are. If you are looking to learn movements like muscle-ups, front levers, handstands then this is the programme for you!




Our instructors have over ten years experience within the sport, providing you with practical advice coming from experience and a huge passion for the sport.
