Introduction to Calisthenics – Statics & Hand Balancing

Build serious control. This combined class teaches tension, line, and balance so you can hold shapes on the bars and find calm in your handstand. Every drill is scaled so beginners and improvers move forward safely.

BUILD TENSION • SHAPE THE LINE • FIND BALANCE

Each session follows a steady flow: wrist and shoulder prep, position drills, isometric strength for holds, handstand line work, entries and exits, then a short finisher for core and wrists. You will learn how to create full-body tension, use scapular control, and progress with smart volumes and rest.
