Unlimited Membership is for people who want maximum consistency and maximum progress. You can train Open Gym on your own plan, drop into classes for structure, and get guidance from our coaches when you need it. No overthinking, no limits, just training that fits your week.
Whether you’re chasing muscle-ups, handstands, levers, or just want to get stronger and leaner, this is the simplest way to stay locked in. The space stays organised and coach-supported, so you can train hard, train safe, and keep moving forward.
Keep it simple, label everything, and avoid jewellery during class.
A Bar Monkey coach will be on the floor to keep the space safe, answer quick questions, and help with spotting when appropriate. For detailed coaching, check our classes or book a 1 to 1.
