A playful first step into movement. We build coordination, confidence, and body awareness through games and simple skill stations. Kids learn how to move well and have fun, all in a safe, fully equipped indoor space.
Each class is structured but fun. We start with a quick warm up, rotate through short stations, then finish with a game and a calm stretch. Children practice balance, safe jumping and landing, hanging and grip on low bars and rings, animal walks for core strength, and simple rolls and crawls. We keep instructions clear and give lots of high-fives.
Please arrive a few minutes early for check-in at your first session. Let the coach know about any injuries or additional needs.
Our early-years coaches are patient and playful. They keep sessions upbeat, structured, and safe, offering simple cues and plenty of encouragement so every child leaves smiling and developing a positive association with sport.
Check the live timetable below for current days and times. We run several small-group sessions each week, so booking is required. New starters can join any week if there is space and our coaches will ease them in from day one. If a class is full, add your name to the waitlist and we will contact you when a spot opens. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in and let us know about any injuries or additional needs.
