Built for curious movers who love a challenge. In this class we teach real Calisthenics skills in a fun, safe setting while building strength, coordination, and confidence. Kids learn on the pull up bar, parallel bars, and floor with clear progress goals and tons of encouragement.
Our 7-10 group is our introduction to sport-specific skills. Along our development pathway the class is still recreational, and aiming to develop a positive association with sport for young people. We aim to create a space where the young person develops a sense of belonging and is capable of expressing themselves through sport and movement.
Keep it simple, label everything, and avoid jewellery during class.
Coach Jamie and Aaron bring years of youth Calisthenics coaching with a focus on safe progress and great craic. Expect clear cues, upbeat stations, and a welcoming space where every kid feels seen and supported.
