Introduction to Calisthenics – Strength & Endurance

Build whole‑body strength and engine with smart, scalable bodyweight training. This class blends foundational strength work with simple conditioning so you get fitter without wrecking your joints.

Each session follows a clear flow: joint prep and movement quality, strength blocks for upper and lower body, then short conditioning pieces using EMOMs, intervals, or AMRAPs. Expect pulls, pushes, squats, carries, and core work with progressions that meet you where you are.
