bringing together two incredible teams for an unforgettable day of strength,

Ireland’s Bar Monkey will go head-to-head with London’s
Instinct Bars in a unique team-based freestyle competition.

💪 THE CLASH FORMAT

Unlike traditional individual competitions,
Cali Cities Clash is all about the team.

Every performance matters, every point counts, and athletes will be
battling not just for themselves, but for their teammates.

• 2 competing teams: Bar Monkey vs Instinct Bars
• 10 athletes per team: 5 male and 5 female
• 20 athletes in total
• 3 battles per athlete against randomly selected opponents
• Points awarded to the winner of each battle
• One winning team determined by the cumulative score

With every battle contributing to the overall result,
teamwork, consistency and individual brilliance
will all play a part in deciding the champions.
