Junior Calisthenics Competition

Join us for our Junior Calisthenics Competition on Saturday, May 2nd, created especially for children aged 7-10 and 11-14.
A fun and supportive event where children can
build confidence, show what they’ve learned, and enjoy their first competition experience.
Divisions:
- Foundation Division – ideal for children building their basic calisthenics skills.
- Skills Division – for children ready to demonstrate more advanced movements.
Level 2 Calisthenics Showcase

Join us for our Level 2 Calisthenics Showcase on
May 30th, created for children in our
Level 2 classes.
This event gives children the chance to perform a short routine, build confidence, and showcase what they’ve been working on in class in a supportive and encouraging environment.
What to expect:
- Short routines – children will perform a routine they’ve been building in class.
- Team atmosphere – children will be grouped by class, with points awarded for performances.
- Supportive experience – a positive first step into performing in front of others.
- Medals on the day – all participants will be recognised.

The Three Nations Championship 2026

Experience a weekend of elite strength, explosive movement, and international rivalry as the Three Nations Calisthenics Championship returns this March.
Disciplines:
- Freestyle – dynamic, high-flying routines and static strength.
- Statics – superhuman strength and control
- Power – Weighted Pull-Ups, Dips and Muscle-Ups, an extreme showcase of force.
- Endurance – pushing limits under pressure
